Hello.. What luck finding your site. I'm due to move to Chamonix in the middle of July this year with my partner and our two sons, aged 6 and 2. My eldest is to start school in September, I'm more nervous then he is as we speak little to none french. I don't want to confuse the lad by teaching him poor french. Hoping you could give me some top tips to get us on the right track. Thanks J

Hi. It would be great if you could make it to one of our meetings... June 3rd, July 1st, August 5th (first tuesday of the month). Or, please send me your email address and I will make sure you are subscribed to our distribution list for other events. I think that between July and September you can help to immerse your children in French--even poor French will be better than none for your 6 year old. Do you know what school you will be in? Maybe meeting with the director to get their advice would also help. Most schools in the valley are accustomed to this situation.
