Here is some information about the budget of the Association. We are a non-profit association, and want to assure you that your membership fees are being used only to keep the association running.

So we have a bit of margin for organizing activities or buying supplies, but we could use more!! Let us know if you have any ideas for fundraising activities.

Here are some things we can do with additional resources:
  • develop better publicity materials
  • subscribe to bilingual family newsletters and journals, to add to our library
  • expand the resources in the bilingual library to include other languages (i.e., Spanish, Swedish, Italian) and formats, i.e., toys, videos, etc.
  • Organize a special event, i.e., a conference/debat that would bring in guest experts on bilingualism and bilingual education to help provide advice about raising and schooling kids in multiple languages.
  • have a party!!
